Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the CoolOps mobile app (“App”) developed by Platka Digital. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

CoolOps is an internal app for technicians of AC service companies that have subscribed to/purchased a CoolOps license (“Company”). You use the App as an employee/contractor of the Company. Platka Digital provides the software; your Company provides the server, user accounts, and operational data.

• Your account is created and managed by the Company's administrator. Platka Digital does not create technician accounts directly.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs in your account.
• Promptly report to the Company's administrator and Platka Digital if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Platka Digital grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on a personal/company mobile device, solely for your Company's operational purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except to the extent permitted by law.
• Copy, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the App.
• Circumvent security, authentication, or licensing controls.
• Use the App for illegal purposes or to violate third-party rights.

“User Content” includes service report photos, customer signatures, job notes, and other data you input into the App. User Content is owned and controlled by your Company.

You warrant that the User Content you upload:

• Does not violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Has obtained the customer's consent for photos/signatures involving them.
• Does not contain misleading, unlawful material, or material unrelated to AC service work.

The App requests permissions: camera, photo gallery, location (while in use). You can revoke permissions at any time via your operating system settings, but some App features may not work without the relevant permission. Details of data use are explained in the Privacy Policy.

Because CoolOps is self-hosted, the availability and performance of the App depend on the server managed by your Company. Platka Digital does not guarantee a specific uptime for the Company's server but strives to maintain software quality through regular updates.

Platka Digital may at any time update, modify, or discontinue App features without notice, while striving to minimize operational impact for users.

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties. Platka Digital is not liable for:

• Data loss caused by inadequate configuration/backup on the Company's server.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
• Actions of the Company's administrator regarding your account, data, or configuration.

Platka Digital's total liability under these Terms is limited to the license amount paid by the Company to Platka Digital in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Platka Digital may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. The Company's administrator may also deactivate your account in accordance with internal policy.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling and/or asking the Company's administrator to deactivate your account.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page. Use of the App after changes are published is considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute that arises will be resolved by deliberation; if no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved through the competent court in Jakarta, Republic of Indonesia.
